摘要
针对鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司单高炉生产实际,为了保证持续强化冶炼情况下高炉长周期稳定顺行,在合理的炉料结构、强化日常管理、保证炉缸安全状态受控的基础上,采取了调整装料制度、开展提煤降焦工作、制定合理的造渣制度、强化炉前出铁工作等强化冶炼措施。实施后,高炉稳定顺行,利用系数由2.25 t/(m^3·d)提高至2.33 t/(m^3·d),燃料比由545 kg/t降低至530 kg/t,煤比由129 kg/t提高至153 kg/t,实现了高炉的提产降耗。
According to the actual conditions of the single blast furnace(BF) in operation in Chaoyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Corporation Ltd. and in order to ensure the BF in stable and smooth running for a long period under continuously intensified ironmaking, these intensified ironmaking measures such as adjusting charging schedule, carrying out operations of increasing capacity of coal-charging and reducing the amount of coke-charging, working out the reasonable slagging system and intensifying the preparations for tapping were taken based on reasonable burden structure, enhancement of day-to-day management and furnace hearth in safe and controlled state. After the measures were carried out, the BF operated smoothly with its utilization coefficient improving to 2.33 t/(m^3·d) from 2.25 t/(m^3·d), fuel ratio reducing to 530 kg/t from 545 kg/t, coal ratio increasing to 153 kg/t from 129 kg/t, and thus its production capacity increased while the consumption reduced.
