摘要
以鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司烧结生产过程为研究对象,结合烧结理论、计算机技术、现代控制理论、人工智能、大数据等多学科技术,开发出了烧结生产过程的能源管理系统,对烧结生产过程实行集中监控与管理,实现了数据采集、过程控制、能源介质的消耗分析、能源管理与能源使用、生产全过程的有机结合,在提升烧结能源管理的基础上,真正从源头上实现了烧结工序的节能降耗。
Taking the entire production process in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd. as the object of study, the energy management system for production process in sintering was developed so as to implement centralized monitoring and management of production process in sintering based on combining multidisciplinary theories and technologies such as sintering theory,computer technology, modern control theory, artificial intelligence and big data. Depending on the system the data acquisition, process control, analysis on consumption of energy medium, energy management and energy use as well as the organic combination of the entire production process were achieved. And therefore, energy-saving and cost-reducing in sintering process was achieved from the very beginning based on improvement of the energy management for sintering.
