生活满意度、政策认同与农民的乡村振兴参与意愿——基于全国223个村庄1163位农民的调查分析

Life Satisfaction,Policy Identification and Farmers'Willingness to Participate in Rural Revitalization——Investigation and Analysis of 1163 Farmer Households in 223 Villages in China

农民是实现乡村振兴战略的主力军,也是乡村振兴战略实施的直接受益者。乡村振兴战略规划的顺利实施需要提升农民的参与积极性。从2018年全国农民调查数据的回归分析来看,农民的生活满意度对其参与乡村振兴的意愿有显著的影响,即生活满意度越高,农民参与乡村振兴的意愿也越强,反之则较弱。政治身份与农民的乡村振兴参与意愿呈正向关系,即拥有干部身份的农民有更强的参与意愿。此外,农民对乡村振兴政策的认同度对其参与意愿也有显著的正面影响,即农民对政策的认同度越高,其乡村振兴的参与意愿也会越强。

Farmers are not only the main force to realize the rural revitalization strategy,but also the direct beneficiaries of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategic planning needs to enhance the willingness and enthusiasm of farmers to participate.According to the regression analysis of the data of the national peasant household survey in 2018,farmers'life satisfaction has a significant impact on their willingness to participate in rural revitalization,that is,the higher the life satisfaction,the higher the willingness of farmers to participate in rural revitalization,and vice versa.There is a positive relationship between political identity and farmers'willingness to participate in rural revitalization,that is,farmers with cadre status have higher willingness to participate in rural revitalization than those without cadre status.In addition,farmers'recognition and perception of rural revitalization policy also have a significant positive impact on their willingness to participate in rural revitalization,that is,the higher the degree of identification with the policy,the higher the willingness of farmers to participate in rural revitalization.
