高校第二课堂改革创新研究

Research on the Reform and Innovation of the Second Classroom in Colleges and Universities

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出“要重视和加强第二课堂建设”的要求。第二课堂作为大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,具有日常化和强渗透性、多样化和强开放性两大优势,但也存在着体系建设机制欠缺、载体优化能力不足和环境创设意识匮乏的痼疾。高校要以新时代思想政治教育总目标总要求总规律为根本遵循,把握以人为本的关键要素,立足体系、载体、环境建设三个支点推动第二课堂改革创新,破除第二课堂的痼疾,释放其自身优势,使之契合时代要求和学生需求,与时俱进,不断发展,充分发挥第二课堂的时代价值。

General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the requirement of"emphasizing and strengthening the construction of the second classroom"at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Universities.Taking an important position inideological and political education for college students,the second classroom has two advantages:daily and strong penetration,diversification and strong openness.However,there are also chronic problems such as lack of system construction mechanism,lack of carrier optimization ability and lack of awareness of environmental creation.We should follow the general principles,objectives,and requirements of ideological and political education in the new era,grasp the key elements of people-oriented,promote the reform and innovation of the second classroom based on the three fulcrums of system,carrier and environment construction,get rid of the chronic diseases of the second classroom,release its own advantages,and make it meet the requirements of the times and the needs of students.We should keep pace with the times,develop constantly,and give full play to the age value of the second classroom.
