基于CW算子的区域可持续发展组合评价模型及应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前单一区域可持续发展评价方法应用过程中出现的多评估方法结论不一致问题,考虑了区域可持续发展评价的特殊性,结合可持续发展内涵,提出了一种基于融入可持续特性的CW算子的区域可持续发展组合评价模型。结合各单一评价方法结论的同质性、异质性和可持续性特征确定组内、组间权重,进行组合信息集结,并以江西省为例进行了实证研究。结果显示:南昌、新余的可持续发展水平最高,鹰潭、九江和景德镇表现稍次,而萍乡、吉安、上饶、宜春、抚州和赣州最次;总体上与各地经济现状、区位优势和资源特征相一致,并呈现出以北部中心区域辐射周边区域的态势。基于CW算子的区域可持续发展组合评价模型可以有效地解决区域可持续发展评价问题。 For the problem of the inconsistence of conclusions for multiple evaluation methods in application of the evaluation for regional sustainable development in the current,the research combines with the connotation of sustainable development,and puts forward a combined evaluation model of regional sustainable development based on CW operator with sustainable characteristics.Combining the homogeneity,heterogeneity and sustainability characteristics of the conclusions of each single evaluation method,the intra-group and inter-group weights are determined,and the combined information is gathered.An empirical study is carried out in Jiangxi Province as an example.The results show that the sustainability of Nanchang and Xinyu are the highest.Then,Yingtan,Jiujiang and Jingdezhen are in the middle.Lastly,Pingxiang,Ji'an,Shangrao,Yichun,Fuzhou and Ganzhou are the worst.On the whole,it is consistent with the local economic status,regional advantages and resource characteristics.And from the perspective of spatial distribution,the sustainable development capability of Jiangxi province shows the trend of radiating the surrounding regions from the northern central region.The combined evaluation model of regional sustainable development based on CW operator can effectively solve the problem of regional sustainable development evaluation.
