摘要
通过地理加权回归方法(GWR)研究中国各地级市在2001年、2005年、2010年和2015年能源消耗和环境污染排放对区域经济增长的影响程度变化,揭示各影响因素在不同地区的空间差异性。结果显示随着时间的推移,能源消耗在各个城市对经济的促进作用在慢慢降低;污染排放在各个城市对经济增长的影响在不断增大,特别是在2015年急剧增长,其中东北部地区影响较小,而南部地区的影响最大;产业结构对区域经济的增长具有负影响力,其中西部地区的影响最小。因此,在节能减排政策的制定与产业结构的调整上,各地应因地制宜,寻找适合自身的绿色发展模式。
This paper employsgeographically weighted regressionmodel to examine the impact of energy consumption,pollution discharge oneconomic growth in different regions and reveals the spatial differences in different cities in 2001,2005,2010 and 2015,respectively.The results showed that,the impact of energy consumption on regional economic growth decreases year by year.The influence ofpollution emission on regional economic growth continues to increase,especially in 2015,and the influence on that of northeast region is the smallest and the south region is the greatest.Industrial structure has negative impacts on regional economic growth,while the impact in west region is the smallest.Therefore,in the adjustment of industrial structure and the development of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Policies,all localities should adapt to local conditions to find their own green development road.
