摘要
以醋酸锌为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZnO薄膜,采用Fe^3+离子对其掺杂改性,考察拉膜层数、Fe^3+离子掺杂浓度等因素对ZnO薄膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:(1)增加拉膜次数能够降低ZnO薄膜的透光性和亲水性;(2)拉膜次数对ZnO薄膜透光率的影响不大;(3)掺入Fe^3+离子能有效改善ZnO薄膜的亲水性;(4)随着Fe^3+离子掺杂浓度的增加,ZnO薄膜的接触角呈先减小再增大趋势,当Fe^3+离子掺杂浓度为0.02 mol/L时,ZnO薄膜的接触角最小。
Using zinc acetate as the precursor,the zinc oxide film was prepared by the sol-gel method,and it was doped and modified by Fe^3+ ions to investigate the influence of factors such as film drawing times and Fe^3+ ion doping concentration on the structure and performance of zinc oxide films.The results show that the increase in the number of coating times can reduce the light transmittance and hydrophilicity of zinc oxide film;the number of coating times has little effect on the light transmittance of zinc oxide film;the hydrophilicity of zinc oxide films can be improved by adding Fe^3+ ions;with the increase of Fe^3+ ion doping concentration,the contact angle of zinc oxide film firstly decreases and then increases.When the Fe^3+ ion doping concentration is 0.02 mol/L,the contact angle of zinc oxide film is minimum.
