我国高校实践育人的问题分析与对策思考

An Analysis of the Problems Existing in Education Through Practice and the Countermeasures in Colleges and Universities in China

实践育人是人才培养体系中不可或缺的一部分,对于促进大学生全面发展、完善高等教育培养体系、实现国家"人才强国"战略具有重要意义。当前,我国高校实践育人存在思想认知偏差、育人主体能力不足、部门对接机制不畅、实施方法欠缺等问题。基于实地调查和分析,提出了丰富实践育人思想内涵、构建实践育人共同体等发展思路,为我国高校实践育人的发展建言献策。

Education through practice is indispensable for the personnel training system,which is of great significance for the all-round development of college students,the improvement of the higher educational system,and the implementation of the national strategy towards making China a world power through the personnel training. However, there are some problems existing in the education through practice in colleges and universities in China, such as some misconceptions, unqualified teachers,an ineffective transfer mechanism and inefficient methods. This paper puts forward the ideas of attaching wider significance to the education through practice and building the community for it so as to offer suggestions for its development in colleges and universities.
