摘要
当前,企业竞争日趋激烈。为增强竞争力,提升发展水平,企业需要着重做好战略转型工作,优化人本管理,调动员工积极性,保障工作效率与质量。在分析人本管理特点和根本目的的基础上,本文探究了企业以人本管理促进战略转型方面存在的主要问题,提出了企业在人本管理促进战略转型的对策,为企业发展提供思路借鉴。
The market competition among enterprises is abnormally drastic in modern society.To improve their industry competitiveness and developmental levels,enterprises need to place emphasis on implementing strategic transformation and optimizing humanistic management,and by motivating staff,working efficiency and quality is en⁃sured.This paper describes the features of humanistic management and its fundamental purposes,scrutinizes into the main problems caused by strategic transformation through humanistic management,proposes corresponding countermeasures for these problems,and provides some suggestions of improving enterprises`development.
