摘要
通过比较烷基化装置浓硫酸中水含量分析的卡尔·费休容量法和卡尔·费休电量法发现,采用卡尔·费休容量法分析浓硫酸中水含量的结果要大于卡尔·费休电量法的分析结果,使用卡尔·费休电量法分析分析浓硫酸中水含量的分析结果具有重复性好、分析速度快等优点。依据卡尔·费休容量法分析结果,卡尔·费休电量法经过线性回归方程分析校正,可以满足指导装置分析要求。
By comparing the Karl Fischer capacity method and the Karl Fischer coulometry method for water content analysis in concentrated sulfuric acid of alkylation unit,it is found that the results of Karl Fischer capacity method for analyzing water content in concentrated sulfuric acid are higher than those of Karl Fischer method.The analysis results of water content in concentrated sulfuric acid by Karl Fischer method have the advantages of good repeatability and fast analysis speed.According to the analysis results of Karl Fischer capacity method,the Karl Fischer power method can meet the requirements of guiding device analysis after being analyzed and corrected by linear regression equation.
