摘要
白桦汁是白桦树皮被割开或树干钻孔流出的汁液,是一种营养价值较高的林副产品,可以应用于食品、日化产品等行业。但现在白桦汁的开发与利用仍具有一定的限制性,综述了白桦汁主要营养成分、药理作用及目前开发利用现状,为今后得到更广泛的应用提供依据。
Birch juice is the juice from the birch bark that has been cut or bored from the trunk.It is a forest by-product with high nutritional value and can be used in food,daily chemical products and other industries.However,the development and utilization of birch juice is still somewhat restrictive.This article summarizes the main nutrient components,pharmacological effects,and current development and utilization status of birch juice,and provides a basis for wider application in the future.
