下肢软组织神经束膜瘤1例

A Case of Soft Tissue Perineurioma on the Lower Leg

患者女,60岁,右小腿皮肤肿物3年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内肿瘤组织结节状,由梭形细胞排列呈编席状,伴有黏液变性。免疫组织化学示:EMA(+),CD34(+),Vimentin(+),Ki-67(5%+)。诊断:软组织神经束膜瘤。该肿瘤相对罕见,其病理及免疫组织化学具有特征性。

A 60-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital with a mass on the right lower leg for 3 years.Histopathology showed the nodular tissue in dermis was composed of spindle cells which were arranged in a braided shape accompanied by mucous degeneration.Immunohistochemistry showed EMA(+),CD34(+),vimentin(+)and 5% positive of Ki-67.Soft tissue perineurioma is rare.Histopathology and immunohistochemistry are helpful for the diagnosis.
