儿童右耳甲腔毛囊瘤1例

A Case of Trichofolliculoma on a Child's Right Cavum Conchae

患儿男,7岁,右耳肿物1年,渐增大,无自觉症状。皮肤科情况:右侧耳甲腔内豌豆大小皮色结节,分两叶状,表面略粗糙,质地偏韧,中央处结痂,基底有宽大蒂与耳甲腔连接。手术切除后行组织病理活检,诊断为毛囊瘤。

A 7-year-old boy was found a progressively growing,asymptomatic mass on his right ear over one year.The nodule on his right cavum conchae was pea-sized,skin-colored,bilobed,rough and medium-hard.With crust in the lesion center,its base presented a wide pedicle connected to cavum conchae.Histopathological biopsy was performed after surgical resection and the final diagnosis was trichofolliculoma.
