奥洛他定联合四妙丸及马齿苋水剂治疗急性阴囊湿疹的临床和生活质量观察

To Observation the Efficacy of Olopatadine Combined with Simiao Pills and Purslane Lotion in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Scrotal Eczema

目的观察奥洛他定联合四妙丸及马齿苋水剂治疗急性阴囊湿疹的疗效及生活质量影响。方法将75例急性阴囊湿疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,所有患者均予口服奥洛他定片并外用马齿苋水剂,治疗组38例加服四妙丸。2周后判断疗效及生活质量。结果治疗组有效率为92.11%,对照组为72.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2周后两组的皮肤病生活质量指数分别为2.79±2.55和4.16±3.10,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥洛他定联合四妙丸及马齿苋水剂治疗急性阴囊湿疹安全、有效,能够明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To observed the efficacy and quality of life of olopatadine combined with Simiao pills and purslane lotion in the treatment of patients with acute scrotal eczema(ASE).Methods A total 75 patients with ASE were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Both groups were treated with oral olopatadine tablet and external purslane lotion.Additionally,the trial group was given oral Simiao pills.Efficacy and quality of life were observed after two weeks.Results The effective rate of the trial group was 92.11%,which was higher than that of the control group of 72.97%.After two weeks,the dermatology life quality indexes of trial group and control group were 2.79±2.55 and 4.16±3.10,both of the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Few adverse reactions were observed in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Olopatadine combined with Simiao pills and purslane lotion is safe andeffective in the treatment of ASE,and can improve the quality of life significantly.
