住院偏瘫患者心理痛苦状况及影响因素分析

Psychological Distress and Its Influencing Factors in Hospitalized Hemiplegic Patients

目的:调查偏瘫患者心理痛苦状况并分析其影响因素。方法:入组116例偏瘫患者,采用一般资料问卷、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和心理痛苦温度计量表(DT)进行定量评估,并对引起偏瘫患者心理痛苦的原因进行分析。结果:偏瘫患者心理痛苦总均分为(5.22±2.13)分,其中存在中重度心理痛苦患者89例(占77.6%)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄分组、照顾者以及日常生活能力对心理痛苦总评分有影响。结论:住院偏瘫患者心理痛苦程度较重,应引起医护人员的重视,针对心理痛苦相关的危险因素应采取相应的对策。

Objective:To investigate the psychological distress of hemiplegic patients and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:116 patients with hemiplegia were enrolled in this study.The general data questionnaire,ADL and DT were used to evaluate the psychological distress quantitatively,and the causes of psychological distress were analyzed.Results:The total score of psychological distress of hemiplegic patients was(5.22±2.13).Among them,89 patients(77.6%)had moderate or severe psychological distress.The binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,caregivers and daily living ability had an impact on the total score of psychological distress.Conclusion:The degree of psychological distress of inpatients with hemiplegia is serious,which should be paid attention to by medical staff.Corresponding countermeasures should be taken to deal with the risk factors related to psychological distress.
