腹膜透析患者血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子与左室肥厚相关性分析

Analysis on the Correlation Between Serum Macrophage Movement Inhibition Factor and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的:探讨腹膜透析患者血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)与左室肥厚相关性。方法:选择2014年10月—2015年8月期间在我院肾病内科住院的50例腹膜透析患者为观察组,并且选取30名健康志愿者作为对照组。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子检测应用Bio-Plex细胞因子检测法。用IU22超声系统(飞利浦医疗系统)测定心脏相关数值,计算左室质量。结果:观察组患者血清MIF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当考虑OR时,高水平(异常)的血清MIF左室肥厚的发病率是低水平(正常)的血清MIF 14.359倍,结果显示MIF进入回归模型且有统计学意义。结论:终末期肾病腹膜透析患者升高的血清MIF水平可能参与了该类患者左心室肥厚的发生和发展。

Objective:Correlation analysis of serum macrophage mobility inhibitors and left ventricular hypertrophy in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:From October 2014 to August 2015,50 patients with peritoneal dialysis who were hospitalized in the nephrology department of our hospital were selected as the observation group.30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Bio-Plex cytokine assay was used to detect macrophage migration inhibitor.Cardiac correlation values were measured by IU22 ultrasound(Philips medical system)and left ventricular mass was calculated.Results:The serum MIF level of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When OR was considered,the incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy in high(abnormal)serum MIF was 14.359 times higher than that in low(normal)serum MIF,suggesting that MIF entered the regression model and was statistically significant.Conclusion:Elevated serum MIF levels in peritoneal dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease may be involved in the development and development of left ventricular hypertrophy.
