摘要
高铁具有极强的“时空压缩”及“客流集聚”效应,恰与民族地区时空区隔及地域封闭特征相适配,并据此释放出民族空间的隐藏潜能。因而,高铁植入能够驱动民族地区在经济发展模式、社会生计模式、文化传承模式及政治治理模式诸方面发生裂变效应,使被禁锢的闭塞民族地区转变为可移动的开放空间。此外,“交通融合”最显著的政治功效在于“民族融合”,高铁单一要素植入能够驱动民族地区在语言、休闲娱乐、身份认同及民族团结等多维度的互动交融,牵一发而动全身,拉动民族地区发展的新线路。
The high-speed railway has a strong effect of time-space compression and passengerflow gathering,which well contrasts to the characteristics of time-spacesegregation and regional closure of ethnic regions,and it can release the ethnic regions’hidden potentials.Therefore,the introduction of high-speed railway can bring forth the fission effects on the ethnic regions’economic development mode,social livelihood mode,cultural inheritance mode,and political governance mode etc.,so as to transform the self-enclose isolated ethnic regions into mobile open spaces.In addition,the most obvious political significant of traffic integration lies in ethnic integration,and the introduction of a single element of high-speed railway can promote the multi-dimension interactions and integrations in terms of language,entertainment,identity,and ethnic unity in ethnic regions,pulling one hair to affect the whole body and developing the new way of national unity.
