摘要
心房颤动(AF)是全球最常见的室上性心律失常之一,其发病率和死亡率呈上升的趋势。非编码RNA是一类从基因组上转录而来且并不具备翻译成蛋白质能力的RNA,其广泛参与生物的各种生理病理过程。研究发现,其与AF的发生发展密切相关。因此,本文就非编码RNA(微小miRNA、长链非编码RNA和环状RNA)在AF中作用的研究进展作一阐述,可为临床防治AF提供理论基础。
Atria fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common supraventricular arrhythmias the global,and its morbidity and mortality rates are gradually on the rise.Non-coding RNA are rnas that are transcribed from the genome and do not have the ability to translate into proteins RNA.It is widely involved in biological physiological and pathological processes.It is found that it is closely related to the occurrence and development of AF.Therefore,this paper describes the research progress of the role of non-coding RNA(miRNA,LncRNA and circRNA)in AF,which can provide the theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of AF.
