低温等离子下扁桃体切除术联合腺体消融术对鼾症患者AHI、0DI水平影响

Analysis of the Efficacy of Flatothes to Treat Snoring in Combination with Adenoid Asotherapy in Low-Temperature Plasma

目的分析低温等离子下扁桃体切除术联合腺样体消融术治疗鼾症的疗效与使用价值。方法选取河西学院附属张掖人民医院于2016年3月至2019年6月内收治的鼾症患者114例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(57例,采用扁桃体剥除术)和试验组(57例,采用低温等离子下扁桃体切除术联合腺样体消融术),分析对比两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果术后试.验组呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、氧减指数(0DI)及最长呼吸暂停时间(LAT)指数均显著优于对照组;治疗总有效率94.74%、总满意度94.74%均明显高于对照组的80.70%、78.95%;且试验组不良反应发生率7.02%明显低于对照组28.07%(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子下扁桃体切除联合腺样体消融术在鼾症的治疗过程当中具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and use value of the treatment of snoring by hettomy in low-temperature plasma.Methods Selection in our hospital from March 2016 to 2019 treated 114 patients wi th sleep apnea,according to the stochastic grouping method divided the patients into control group(57 cases,using the tonsillectomy)and experimental group(57 cases,using the tonsillectomy combined adenoi dectomy under 1ow temperature plasma ablation),analyzed the treatment effect of two groups of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The AHI,0DI and LAT indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The total effective rate of 94.74%and the tatal satisfaction rate of 94.74%were.significantly higher than those of 80.70%and 78.95%in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.02%,whichwas si gnificantly lower than that in the contral group 7.02%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined adenoid ablation of the tonsi1ls removed under low temperature plasma has good clinical effect in the treatment of snoring and has a high use value.
