灯盏细辛胶囊结合中医辨证治疗脑卒中108例疗效观察

Effect of Dengzhanxixin Capsule Combined with Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine on 108 Cases of Stroke

目的观察灯盏细辛胶囊结合中医辨证治疗脑卒中108例的临床疗效。方法选取莒县中医医院2019年3月至12月收治的脑卒中患者108例,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组与试验组。分析差异性干预后,患者的治疗有效率、临床病症表现、自我功能恢复(情志、社交、言语等)情况。结果经过差异性的治疗后,试验组患者治疗总有效率98.15%,高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前情志表达能力、语言沟通能力、社交交流能力、肢体协调能力评价分数指标均低于65分,治疗后,试验组患者指标上升到80〜90分,高于对照组70〜80分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用灯盏细辛胶囊结合中医辨证治疗脑卒中(中风)疾病,可改善患者的生理功能,提升其情志、社交、语言、肢体能力,有助于患者疾病治疗,减少临床不良反应。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Dengzhan Asarum capsule combined with syndrome differen tiation of trad it io nal Chinese medicine on 108 cases of st roke.Methods In t his study,108 patients with stroke admitted to Juxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to December 2019 were randomLy divided into control group and experimental group.After differential treatment,the differential prognosis,the treatment efficiency,clinical symptoms,self-function recovery(emotion,social,speech,etc.)of patients were analyzed.Results After differential treatment,the comprehensive effective rate of the experimentai group was 98.15%,higher than 88.89% of the corrtrol group(P<0.05);the scores of emotional expression ability,language communication ability,social communication ability and limb coordination ability of the two groups before intervention were lower than 65 points,and the scores of the experimentai group rose to 80〜90 points after treatment.70〜80 points higher than the control group.After intervention,the experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Dengzhanxixin capsule combined with syndrome differentiation can improve the physiological function of patients with stroke,improve their emotion and limb ability,help patients with disease treatment,reduce clinical adverse reactions,and recommend research and promotion.
