桡骨远端骨折手术与非手术治疗的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Surgical and Non-Surgical in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture

目的比较分析桡骨远端骨折手术与非手术治疗的疗效及应用价值,为制定更加科学有效的骨折手术治疗方案提供依据。方法选取临汾市第三人民医院2015年12月至2018年6月收治的107例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,分为试验组与对照组。其中试验组54例为手术治疗,对照组53例为非手术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗中的并发症发生率。结果试验组优良率为90.74%,对照组优良率为62.27%,两组优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论通过手术治疗桡骨远端骨折患者的关节恢复效果较好,且术后并发症发生率较低。

Objective To analyze the curative effect and application value of surgery and non-surgical in the treatment of distal radius fracture,and to provide the basis for making more scientific and effective surgi cal treatment of fracture.Methods A tota1 af 107 patients with fracture af distal radius admitted inta Third People's Hospital of Linfen from December 2015 to June 2018 were selected as objects of study and divided into experimental group(n=54)and control group(n=53).The exper imental group was given surgical treatment,and the control group was given non-operative treatment.The curative effect and compl ications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate in the experimental group was 90.74%,and that of the control group was 62.26%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The complication rate in the exper imental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with distal radius fracture treated by surgery have better joint recovery effect and lower probability of postoperative camplications.
