机械振动排痰治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析机械振动排痰应用于小儿肺炎治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月靖江市人民医院治疗的50例小儿肺炎的患儿作为研究对象,随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规药物并辅以人工排痰方法进行治疗,观察组给予常规药物及机械振动排痰方法进行治疗,对两组患儿的治疗总有效率、每天排痰量、住院时长、啰音消失时长、咳嗽消失时长、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组的住院时长、啰音消失时长、咳嗽消失时长、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,治疗总有效率及每天排痰量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械振动排痰方法对小儿肺炎具有十分显著的治疗效果,并且不良反应发生率极低,有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mechanical vibration sputum excretion in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,50 children with pneumonia in Jingjiang People,s Hospital were selected as subjects and were randomLy divided into a control group and an observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medicine and artificial sputum excretion.The observation group was given conventional medicine and treated with mechanical vibration sputum excretion.The total effective rates,the amount of daily sputum,length of hospital stay,duration of disappearance of rales,duration of cough disappearance,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,duration of disappearance of rales,duration of cough disappearance,and incidence of adverse reactions were lower in thw observation group than in the control group;while the total effective rate and daily sputum amourrt were higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mechanical vibration sputum excretion method had a very significant therapeutic effect on children with pneumonia,and the incidence of adverse reactions was extremely low,which had a very significant clinical application value.
