苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的效果研究

目的分析对高血压患者应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年10月江苏省宜兴市官林医院收治的高血压患者110例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为试验A组与试验B组,每组55例。试验A组患者应用硝苯地平缓释片药物治疗,而试验B组患者则应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片药物治疗。对比两组高血压患者不良反应发生率与血压控制效果。结果试验B组患者在治疗后出现不良反应发生率为1.81%,显著优于试验A组的16.36%;且试验B组高血压患者血压控制效果也显著优于试验A组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗高血压病采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片有明显的治疗效果,不仅能够对患者的血压水平有明显的改善,而且还能够降低患者不良反应的发生率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of levamLodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets on hype rt ensive patients.Methods Tot ally 110 patients with hyper tension from January 2016 to October 2018 in the Jiangsu Yixing City Guanlin Hospital of Jiangsu were selectwd.It depends on the treatmerrt,the patients were divided into experimental group A and experimental group B,55 cases in each group.Patients in experimentai group A were treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,while patients in experimental group B were treated with levamLodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 1.81%,which was significantly better than that in group A 16.36%.The effect of blood pressure control in group B was significan tly better than that in group A(P<O.05).Conclusion In the clinical t rea tment of hype rt ens ion patients,the treatment with benzenesulfonic acid levamLodipine tablets has obvious therapeutic effect,which can not only effectively improve the blood pressure level of patierrts,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,which has clinical promote value.
