无痛胃镜中应用右美托咪定麻醉的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Dexmedetomidi ne in Pain less Gastroscopy on A nesthesia

目的探讨在无痛胃镜中应用右美托咪定麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至10月江苏省如皋市中医院实施无痛胃镜诊治的120例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组釆用丙泊酚麻醉,研究组釆用右美托咪定麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应发生率等情况。结果研究组镇静评分(Ramsay)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);入睡时间、苏醒时间显著短于对照组,且研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃镜诊疗技术中,应用右美托咪定实施麻醉的效果显著,可有效降低患者不良反应的发生率,缩短入睡和苏醒时间,具有较高的临床使应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of the clinical treatment of dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscope.Methods A total of 120 patients with painless gastroscopy in the Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects from January to October 2019,and all patients according to random number table met hod can be divided into the control group and the st udy group,there were 60 patien ts in each group.The control group were treated by Propofol anesthesia,and the study group using the Dexmedetomidine anesthesia,comparing two groups of anesthesia.effect,adverse reaction occurred.Results The Ramsay sedation score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the timw to fall asleep and wake up was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lowar than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine in the diagnosis and treatment of painless gastroscopy has a significant effect on the clinical anesthesia,which can effectively reduce thw incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the time of sleep and the time of recovery,and have higher clinical use value.
