汽车后市场供应链整合发展的影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Integrated Supply Chain Development in Automotive Aftermarket

通过对汽车后市场供应链的深入调研与探索,从外部环境、行业发展、企业自身、人的因素4个层面提取出14个典型的影响汽车后市场供应链整合发展因素,通过构建解释结构模型直观地看到因素之间的层次结构关系及相互作用关系;并结合MICMAC分析方法对系统中影响整合的各因素进行驱动力和依赖性分析。通过分析可知,后市场标准不明确直接影响汽车后市场进行供应链整合,而政府的支持、消费者习惯等因素对后市场企业实施供应链整合起到全局性的引导作用。

In this paper,through in-depth research and exploration of the automotive aftermarket supply chain,we extracted 14 typical factors affecting the integrated development of the automotive aftermarket supply chain from the four dimensions being external environment,industry development,enterprise internal,and human element,and through establishing an interpretive structural model,demonstrated visually the hierarchical and interactive relationship among the factors.Next,using the MICMAC analysis method,we analyzed the driving force and dependence of the factors that affect integration within the supply chain system,through which it could be seen that the unclear aftermarket standards directly affected the supply chain integration of the automotive aftermarket,while factors such as government support and consumer habits played an overall guiding role in the implementation of supply chain integration by the aftermarket companies.
