摘要
以兰州财经大学长青学院为例,在物流教学与管理中提出基于“教学-实习-科研”的“复合型人才三角模型”,培养出企业需要的高素质复合型人才。
Taking Changqing College of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics as the example,this paper put forward the"teaching-internship-scientific research"triangular compound talent cultivation model for the teaching and administration of the logistics specialties to help produce high-quality compound talents needed by enterprises.
