摘要 转向节是汽车安全件,必须在保证其强度的前提下实现轻量化。利用HyperWorks软件对轻量化前的汽车转向节进行结构的强度分析及优化,并进一步分析轻量化后的结构强度,在满足强度要求的同时实现汽车转向节轻量化设计目标。以某汽车转向节结构优化为例,重点介绍了HyperWorks在产品轻量化结构设计中的应用。优化结果表明,将HyperWorks的有限元分析用于指导轻量化优化方案的应用,对转向节的轻量化结构设计起到了重要的指导作用。 Steering knuckle is a safety part of automobile,which must be lightweight on the premise of ensuring its strength.By using HyperWorks software,the structural strength of automobile steering knuckle before lightweight is analyzed and optimized,and the structural strength after lightweight is further analyzed,so as to meet the strength requirements and achieve the lightweight design goal of automobile steering knuckle.Taking the structural optimization of a steering knuckle of an automobile as an example,the application of HyperWorks in lightweight structural design of products is emphatically introduced.The optimization results show that the finite element analysis of HyperWorks can be used to guide the application of lightweight optimization scheme,which plays an important role in guiding the lightweight structural design of steering knuckle.
