摘要
为了降低汽车雨刮噪声,提高汽车驾驶舒适度,基于振动传递隔振理论分析了雨刮系统与车身的机械阻抗对雨刮系统振动传递的影响,发现使用低刚度的橡胶垫和高刚度的车身可以获得较大的插入损失,减弱从雨刮系统传递到车身的振动。以实车为例,验证了使用合适的隔振橡胶垫和提高安装点的刚度,可以减弱雨刮系统传递到车身的振动,从而达到降低车内雨刮噪声的目的。为解决雨刮噪声问题开拓了思路。
In order to reduce the wiper noise and improve the driving comfort of the car,based on the theory of vibration transmission and isolation,the influence of mechanical impedance between wiper system and car body on the vibration transmission of wiper system is analyzed.It is found that using rubber pad with low rigidity and body with high rigidity can obtain larger insertion loss and reduce the vibration transmitted from the wiper system to the body.Taking a real car as an example,it is verified that using appropriate vibration-proof rubber pad and improving the rigidity of the installation point can reduce the vibration transmitted by the wiper system to the car body,thus achieving the purpose of reducing the wiper noise inside the car.It opens up a new way to solve the problem of wiper noise.
