整车动态属性硬件调校联合开发策略

摘要 整车动态属性包含NVH、驾驶性、制动性、操稳平顺性能等,它们之间相互影响或者制约。为了在整车动态属性调校中更好地进行平衡,文章提出了硬件调校联合开发策略。以在研的一款车型为例,描述联合开发及过程中的属性平衡,开发结果表明:将关键的调校硬件与相关动态属性形成关系矩阵,并明确在调校过程中的主调、配合调校关系,能让复杂的调校过程有序,属性平衡过程有偏向性参考,提升了调校效率。该方法也为类似属性开发提供了参考。 The dynamic attributes of the vehicle include NVH,drivability,braking,ride&handling,etc.,which influence or restrict each other.In order to balance the dynamic attributes of the vehicle,the joint development strategy of hardware tuning is put forward.Taking a vehicle under development as an example,this paper describes the joint development and the attribute balance in the process.The development results show that forming the relationship matrix between the key tuning hardware and related dynamic attributes,and defining the primary and secondary relationship in tuning can make the complex tuning process orderly,and the attribute balance process has biased reference,thus improving the tuning efficiency.This method also provides a reference for the development of similar attributes.
