国内国际双循环相互促进下的中国与智利农产品贸易合作升级

Upgrading Trade Cooperation in Agricultural Products between China and Chile in Context of Dual Circulations of Domestic and International Markets

2001—2019年,中国与智利双边农产品贸易合作总量持续增扩,合作产品种类大幅拓展,贸易结合度总体攀升,显著性比较优势突出,但仍存在贸易总量相对偏小,合作潜力尚未充分挖掘,产品种类单一集中,合作层次低下等主要问题。新时期,中国与智利两国应坚持以“一带一路”倡议为合作契机,增进政治战略互信,完善农业合作机制;增大农业领域投资,丰富产能合作内涵;提升贸易自由化与便利化,完善互联互通基础设施,推动双边农产品贸易可持续发展,携手共同谱写中国与智利友好合作发展的新篇章。

From 2001 to 2019,bilateral trade cooperation in agricultural products between China and Chile witnessed sustainable growth in total trade volume,widening coverage of product categories,increasing trade integration and prominent comparative advantages.However,there still exist some problems such as the total trade volume remaining relatively small,the potential for cooperation not yet being fully tapped,concentration on certain product categories,and a low level of cooperation.In the new era,China and Chile should make full use of opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative to increase mutual political and strategic trust and improve the agricultural cooperation mechanism.They should also increase investment in the agricultural sector,enhance capacity cooperation,promote trade liberalization and facilitation and improve connectivity infrastructure so as to promote sustainable development in bilateral trade in agricultural products and jointly write a new chapter for friendly cooperation between China and Chile.
