“SNEI干法”废硫酸再生技术的工业应用

摘要 废硫酸处理是硫酸法烷基化工艺存在的突出问题。鉴于某公司烷基化装置新酸浓度要求高,对烷基化油产品质量有利,故选用干法废硫酸再生技术。介绍了“SNEI干法”废硫酸再生制酸技术在烷基化废酸处理中的应用,包括其工艺流程、技术特点、装置运行情况、常见问题及建议等。生产实践表明,该制酸装置运行平稳,产品硫酸品质优良,尾气达标排放,且装置的热利用率较高。 Treatment of spent sulphuric acid is a prominent issue in the sulphuric acid-method alkylation process. Based on the high requirements by a company for fresh acid concentration for the alkylation unit,which is beneficial for the quality of alkylation oil product,the dry-process spent sulphuric acid regeneration technology is employed. The application of"SNEI dry-process"spent sulphuric acid regeneration technology for the treatment of spent acid from alkylation is outlined,including the process flow,technical feature,plant operation,typical issues and suggestions. The production practice shows that,the plant operation is sable,the product acid quality is good,the tailgas emission meets the standard requirements,and the plant thermal utilization rate is high.
