摘要
某MAP装置尾气除尘系统原始设计采用重力沉降和湿法洗涤,存在清理劳动强度大,清理频繁严重影响开工率,装置运行周期短,生产成本高,洗涤负荷重等问题。结合生产实际,对尾气除尘系统进行了技改,如加装旋风除尘器,并把洗涤室列管式洗涤改为螺旋式喷头洗涤,从而优化了尾气除尘工艺,提高了装置的生产能力,排放尾气的尘含量下降显著,解决了环保隐患问题。
The existing tailgas dust collection system of a MAP plant was designed based on gravity settlement and wet scrubbing,which comes with issues like high work load,frequent cleaning which seriously compromises the plant availability,short plant operation cycle,high production cost,and high scrubbing load. Based on the actual production,technical revamp is conducted for the tailgas dust collection system,where cyclone dust collector is added,and the scrubbing chamber is changed from a tubular design to a spiral nozzle design,which has optimized the tailgas dust collection process,increased the plant production capacity,and significantly reduced the dust content in the tailgas emission,and addressed the environmental issues.
