摘要
采用氨酸法喷浆造粒工艺的NPK装置,其主要操作参数控制为物料流量和温度。某NPK装置的管式反应、造粒部分的物料流量采用比值调节方案,热风炉部分温度采用串级调节方案,分别介绍了其控制流程、调节回路,以及主要设备的逻辑联锁控制方案等。
The main operating parameters to be controlled for a NPK plant based on ammonia-acid process spray granulation are the flow and temperature of the material. The material flow in the tubular reaction and granulation sections of a NPK plant employ a ratio control scheme,and the hot air heater temperature control employs a cascade control scheme. The control flow,control loop,and interlock logic of main equipment are outlined,respectively.
