摘要
在现有二水湿法磷酸工艺基础上,研究了湿法磷酸再结晶副产洁净、利用价值高、途径广的半水石膏工艺,以解决二水湿法磷酸工艺因副产磷石膏量大、综合利用效率低、环保压力大等因素制约磷复肥生产企业发展的问题。对湿法磷酸再结晶生产半水石膏工艺进行了物料衡算,并简要介绍了该工艺设计方案,供同行参考。
Based on the existing di-hydrate wet-process phosphoric acid process,the wet-process phosphoric acid re-crystallization process with by-product of hemi-hydrate gypsum are studied which is clean and offers high utilization value and extensive application. This addresses the constraints on the growth of compound fertilizer producers brought by the di-hydrate wet-process phosphoric acid technology,such as large amount of by-product phosphogypsum,low comprehensive utilization rate,and big environmental protection concern. Material balance is conducted for the wet-process phosphoric acid recrystallization to produce hemi-hydrate gypsum process,and the design scheme is outlined for reference.
