2型糖尿病患者的饮食护理现状及研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病是一种常见的代谢、内分泌疾病。近年来,随着生活水平的提高、生活方式的改变和人口老龄化的加快,糖尿病患病率在世界范围内呈现逐渐上升趋势。糖尿病的防治并非单纯依靠药物就可以达到,尚需要多方面配合,糖尿病综合治疗措施的五驾马车中,饮食治疗是基础,也是人为可以控制的部分。临床研究表明,超重或肥胖、糖耐量异常史、生活习惯等均属于影响患者血糖水平的重要因素。患者生活习惯对血糖水平有直接影响,糖尿病的发生和血糖控制情况与患者饮食习惯有密不可分的关系。文章对2型糖尿病饮食护理现状和进展情况进行综述,以期为今后2型糖尿病的临床管理提供有价值的参考。 Diabetes is a common metabolic and endocrine disease.In recent decades,with the improvement of living standards,changes in lifestyle and rapid aging of the population,the prevalence of diabetes is gradually increasing in the world.The prevention and treatment of diabetes is not only achieved by drugs,but also needs cooperation from many aspects,among the five carriages of comprehensive treatment for diabetes,dietary treatment is the basic and also controllable part.Clinical studies have shown that overweight or obesity,abnormal history of glucose tolerance,living habits,etc.are all major factors affecting patients'blood glucose level.Patients'living habits have a direct impact on blood glucose level,and the occurrence of diabetes and blood glucose control are closely related to patients'eating habits.This paper summarized the current situation and progress of type 2 diabetes dietary nursing,in order to provide a valuable reference for the clinical management of type 2 diabetes in the future.
