基于高校社区医院的注射用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺临床使用合理性分析

Analysis of the rationality of clinical use of alanylglutamine for injection based on community hospitals in colleges and universities

目的:分析高校社区医院使用注射用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的合理性。方法:临床药师每月利用MCDEX合理用药支持系统对住院患者使用注射用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的情况进行全医嘱点评,并将点评结果纳入全院临床科室绩效考核。结果:注射用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺在临床使用中存在不合理情况,通过医保扣费负反馈和临床药师点评质控后,合理用药率较之前明显提高。结论:医保扣费负反馈和临床药师点评质控相结合,有利于规范医生的用药行为,提高医院合理用药水平。

Objective:To analyze the rationality of using alanine glutamine for injection in university community hospitals.Methods:Clinical pharmacists used MCDEX rational drug use support system every month,full medical advice review for inpatients who used alanine glutamine for injection and the evaluation results were included in the performance evaluation of clinical departments.Results:There was unreasonable situation in clinical use of alanine glutamine for injection,through the negative feedback of medical insurance withholding fee and the quality control of clinical pharmacists,the rational drug use rate was obviously higher than before.Conclusion:The combination of negative feedback of medical insurance deduction fee and quality control of clinical pharmacists'comments is helpful to standardize doctors'drug use behavior and improve the rational drug use level in hospitals.
