盐酸多奈哌齐片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆的临床研究

Clinical study of donepezil hydrochloride combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of subcortical ischemic vascular dementia

目的:探讨盐酸多奈哌齐片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:2018年9月-2019年10月收治皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗;试验组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后精神状态和日常生活自理能力评分均优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆患者应用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,临床效果显著,可改善患者精神状况和生活能力,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of donepezil hydrochloride combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of subcortical ischemic vascular dementia.Methods:From September 2018 to October 2019,70 patients with subcortical ischemic vascular dementia were selected,and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets.The experimental group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The score of mental state and daily life self-care ability after treatment in the experimental group was better than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Donepezil hydrochloride combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets are used in the treatment of subcortical ischemic vascular dementia,the clinical effect is remarkable,which can improve the patient's mental state and living ability,and the safety is high.
