探讨经输尿管硬通道下硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗大体积输尿管上段结石的临床效果及安全性

目的:探究经输尿管硬通道下硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗大体积输尿管上段结石的临床效果及安全性。方法:2017年6月-2019年12月收治大体积输尿管上段结石患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗;研究组采用经输尿管硬通道下硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经输尿管硬通道下硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗大体积输尿管上段结石,可以提高治疗效果,降低术中出血量,缩短手术和住院时间,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of hard mirror holmium laser lithotripsy under the rigid ureteral passage in the treatment of massive upper ureteral calculi.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2019,40 patients with massive upper ureteral calculi were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser.The study group was treated with hard mirror holmium laser lithotripsy under the rigid ureteral passage.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hard mirror holmium laser lithotripsy under the rigid ureteral passage in the treatment of massive upper ureteral calculi can improve the treatment effect,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
