微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床研究

Study on the clinical effectiveness of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fractures

目的:探究微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床疗效。方法:2017年4月-2019年5月收治上肢骨折患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用常规钢板固定术治疗;试验组选择微创下内固定术治疗。比较两组患者手术指标、并发症发生率及治疗优良率。结果:试验组骨折恢复优良率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住院时间、手术时间及患肢功能恢复时间均短于对照组,术中出血量及并发症发生率少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对上肢骨折患者进行治疗时,可选择微创下内固定术作为手术治疗方案,有助于改善患者的骨折状态,提高治疗优良率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fractures.Methods:From April 2017 to May 2019,84 patients with upper limb fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional steel plate fixation.The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive internal fixation.The operative indexes,the incidence of complications and the rate of excellent and good treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of fracture recovery in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay,operation time and functional recovery time of the affected limb in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with upper limb fracture,minimally invasive internal fixation can be chosen as the operation plan,which is helpful to improve the fracture state of the patients and improve the excellent and good rate of treatment.
