多层螺旋CT在肋骨微细骨折诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在肋骨微细骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:2018年11月-2019年11月收治肋骨微细骨折患者20例,所有患者均接受常规X线平片与多层螺旋CT检查,选择仪器为SOMATOM Definition AS 40层螺旋CT,调整管电压为120 kV,管电流为160 mAs,层厚为0.625 mm。患者实施检查过程中,嘱咐调整体位为仰卧位,同时举高上臂(需高过头部)。实施骨算法重建过程中,选择1 mm、5 mm层厚横断面图像实施检查,完成采集后传输到工作站中,于工作站中开展三维重建工作(三维重建即多平面重组、曲面重组、容积再现及最大强度投影等)。完成两种检查方法后,进行收集诊断结果并完成相应分析,比较两种检测方法的诊断效果。结果:20例患者中,经病理检查结果显示,共有肋骨微细骨折22处,包括完全线性骨折9处,不完全性骨折13处。多层螺旋CT检查的总检出率明显高于常规X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肋骨微细骨折诊断中应用多层螺旋CT检测,检测效果更高效准确,具有重要临床应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib microfracture.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,20 patients with micro-fracture of rib were treated.All patients were examined by conventional x-ray plain film and multi-slice Spiral Ct.the instrument was Somatom AS 40-slice spiral CT,the voltage of regulator tube was 120 kV,the current of the adjusting tube is 160 mAs and the thickness of the adjusting layer is 0.625 mm.During the examination,the patient is instructed to adjust the body position to supine position and raise the upper arm above the head,the 1 mm slice thick cross section image and 5 mm Slice Thick Cross section image are selected for inspection.After collecting,the images are transmitted to the workstation,carry Out 3D reconstruction in Workstation(3D reconstruction is multi-plane reconstruction,surface reconstruction,volume reconstruction and maximum intensity projection).After completing the two methods,we collected the diagnosis results and completed the corresponding analysis,and compared the two methods of diagnosis.Results:Among the 20 patients,pathological examination showed that there were 22 rib microfractures,including 9 completely linear fractures and 13 incomplete fractures.The total detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than the conventional X-ray detection,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib microfracture is more efficient and accurate,and it has important clinical application value.
