摘要
目的:评价系统化心理护理对隔离病区疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的应用效果。方法:2020年2-3月收治疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组接受常规护理干预;试验组在常规护理基础上结合系统化心理护理干预。比较两组治疗护理依从率及负性情绪评分。结果:试验组护理后治疗护理依从率高于对照组,且负性情绪各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者在隔离期间予以系统化心理护理干预措施,能改善患者心理状态,提高护理依从性。
Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic psychological nursing in patients with suspected novel coronavirus pneumonia in isolation ward.Methods:From February to March 2020,200 suspected patients with suspected novel coronavirus pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The experimental group received systematic psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the treatment and nursing compliance rate and negative emotion score between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after nursing,the treatment and nursing compliance was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of negative emotions were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic psychological nursing intervention measures for patients with suspected novel coronavirus pneumonia in isolation ward can improve the psychological state of patients and improve nursing compliance.
