振动排痰在预防重症脑卒中患者肺部感染中的应用探讨

Discussion on the application of vibrating sputum drainage machine in preventing pulmonary infection in severe stroke patients

目的:探讨振动排痰在预防重症脑卒中患者肺部感染中的应用效果。方法:2019年5-10月收治重症脑卒中患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组运用固有排痰方式预防肺部感染;研究组运用振动排痰机进行预防。比较两组临床疗效、护理满意度及肺部感染率情况。结果:研究组排痰效果及护理满意度均优于对照组,肺部感染率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用振动排痰机可以有效预防重症脑卒患者出现肺部感染症状,治疗效果理想,患者满意度高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of vibrating sputum drainage machine in preventing pulmonary infection in severe stroke patients.Methods:From May-October 2019,100 cases of severe stroke patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group used inherent sputum drainage to prevent pulmonary infection.The study group used vibration sputum drainage machine for prevention.The clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and pulmonary infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The effect of sputum drainage and nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the control group,the lung infection rate was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vibrating sputum drainage machine can effectively prevent the symptoms of pulmonary infection in patients with severe stroke,the therapeutic effect is ideal and the patients'satisfaction is high.
