眼科整体护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的可行性研究

The feasibility of ophthalmic holistic nursing intervention in diabetic retinopathy

目的:研究眼科整体护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年11月收治糖尿病性视网膜病变患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组给予眼科一般护理干预;试验组给予眼科整体护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组住院治疗时间低于对照组,眼科治疗配合情况评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组各项血糖指标水平均低于对照组,视力变化情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予糖尿病性视网膜病变患者眼科整体护理干预,可明显提升护理服务效果。

Objective:To study the application effect of ophthalmic holistic nursing intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:From March 2017 to November 2019,62 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 patients in each group.The control group was given ophthalmic conventional nursing intervention.The experimental group was given ophthalmic holistic nursing intervention.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of hospitalization in the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the score of ophthalmic treatment cooperation conditions was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)The test results of various blood glucose indicators in the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the visual acuity changes were higher than those of the control group.The data research results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ophthalmic holistic nursing intervention was given for diabetic retinopathy can significantly improve the nursing service effect.
