膀胱扫描仪在测定神经源性膀胱患者残余尿中的应用效果

The application effect of bladder scanner on the determination of residual urine in patients with neurogenic bladder

目的:观察膀胱扫描仪测定神经源性膀胱患者残余尿的应用效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治由脊髓损伤引起的神经源性膀胱患者46例,在清洁间导尿前使用膀胱扫描仪测定残余尿量。结果:46例患者住院期间应用膀胱扫描仪测定残余尿368次。护理人员根据测定的残余尿量,制定了个性化的膀胱功能训练方案。每次测得残余尿≥100 mL 16例,采取规律的间歇性导尿治疗方案。每次测得残余尿73~226 mL 22例,采取早晚各清洁导尿1次,于早晚清空膀胱。每次测得残余尿<100 mL 8例,说明患者膀胱功能基本恢复,不采取导尿措施,只采取定期监测残余尿方案。结论:膀胱扫描仪能够准确地获取神经源性膀胱患者残余尿量信息,并确定导尿时间,还能减少不必要的导尿次数,减轻患者痛苦,有助于降低膀胱感染率,减少并发症,改善预后,从而提高生存质量。

Objective:To observe the application effect of bladder scanner on the determination of residual urine in patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods:From January to December 2019,46 patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury were selected,and the residual urine volume was measured by bladder scanner before catheterization in the cleaning room.Results:The bladder scanner was used to determine the residual urine 368 times in 46 patients during hospitalization.Based on the measured residual urine volume,the nursing staff developed a personalized bladder function training program.16 patients with residual urine≥100 mL were measured each time,and regular intermittent catheterization treatment plan was adopted.22 patients with residual urine from 73 mL to 226 mL were measured each time,and the urinary catheterization was performed once in the morning and again in the evening,and the bladder was emptied in the moring and evening.8 cases of residual urine<100 mL were measured each time,indicating that the bladder function of the patients was basically restored.No urethral catheterization measures were taken,and only regular monitoring of residual urine was adopted.Conclusion:Bladder scanner can accurately obtain the residual urine volume information of neurogenic bladder patients,and determine the duration of catheterization in patients with neurogenic bladder.It can also reduce unnecessary frequency of catheterization,relieve the pain of patients,help to reduce bladder infection rate,reduce complications,improve prognosis,so as to improve the quality of life.
