腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的护理配合研究

Nursing cooperation of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的护理配合疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年8月收治子宫肌瘤患者42例,均在Stors腹腔镜系统下行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,总结手术配合要点,包括术前、术中配合及术后护理。结果:所有患者手术均顺利完成,术后均无感染、大出血等严重并发症发生,无子宫肌瘤残留,均痊愈出院。结论:Stors腹腔镜系统下行子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、并发症少、安全性高、恢复快等优点,疗效确切,且为子宫肌瘤患者提供理想的手术护理配合方案,能够保证手术顺利进行,降低手术风险,缩短手术时间,减少子宫肌瘤残留情况,加快患者康复速度。

Objective:To explore the keypoints of nursingcooperation for laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Methods:From February 2017 to August 2019,42 patients with uterine fibroids were selected,and they were treated with hysteromyomectomy in theStorslaparoscopic system.Summarized the key points of surgical cooperation,including preoperative nursing,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing.Results:All the patients were successfully completed the surgery.No serious complications such as infection and massive hemorrhage occurred after the surgery.No residual uterine fibroids were found,and all cases recovered and discharged from the hospital.Conclusion:Performed with hysteromyomectomy in theStorslaparoscopic systemhas the advantages of small trauma,few complications,high safety,fast recovery and the effect is exact.Alsoit provides an ideal surgical nursing cooperation program for patients with uterine fibroids,which can ensure the smooth operation and reduce the risk of operation,shorten the surgery time,reduce the residual condition of uterine fibroids,and speed up the recovery of patients.
