围术期针对性护理干预对结肠癌患者康复的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on rehabilitation of colon cancer patients

目的:探讨围术期针对性护理干预对结肠癌患者康复的影响。方法:2017年5月-2020年1月收治结肠癌患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组在围术期给予常规护理干预;试验组在围术期给予针对性护理干预。比较两组护理结果。结果:试验组伤口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌患者在围术期接受针对性护理干预,可获得较好的效果,更好促进患者术后康复,控制并发症发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of colon cancer patients.Methods:From May 2017 to January 2020,100 patients with colon cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention in the perioperative period.The experimental group was given targeted nursing intervention in the perioperative period.The nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results:The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative nursing intervention in patients with colon cancer can achieve better results,promote the postoperative recovery of patients,and control the occurrence of complications.
