饮食护理在甲亢合并糖尿病患者中的效果及护理质量观察

Observation on the value and nursing quality of diet nursing in patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的:研究饮食护理在甲亢合并糖尿病患者中的效果及护理质量。方法:2017年5月-2019年6月收治甲亢合并糖尿病患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理模式;观察组采用饮食护理。比较两组甲状腺激素水平、血糖水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组甲状腺激素水平及血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施饮食护理干预,可改善甲亢合并糖尿病患者甲状腺激素及血糖水平,降低甲亢危象、视网膜病变以及酮症酸中毒等并发症的发生率。

Objective:To study the value and nursing quality of diet nursing in patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:From May 2017 to June 2019,76 patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode.The observation group was treated with diet nursing.The thyroid level,blood glucose level and complication rate were compared between the two gorups.Results:The levels of thyroid hormone and blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of diet nursing intervention can improve the levels of thyroid and blood glucose in patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes,and greatly reduce the incidence of complications such as hyperthyroidism crisis,retinopathy and ketoacidosis.
