精细化护理对先天性心脏病患儿术后并发症和舒适度的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of meticulous nursing on postoperative complications and comfort of children with congenital heart disease

目的:分析精细化护理对先天性心脏病患儿术后并发症和舒适度的影响。方法:2018年5月-2020年1月收治行手术治疗的先天性心脏病患儿62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组实施常规围术期护理;观察组实施精细化护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率、术后舒适度及住院时间。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后特殊病人疼痛评估量表(FLACC)评分明显低于对照组,拒食次数、哭闹次数均明显少于对照组,舒适度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理能显著降低先天性心脏病患儿术后并发症风险,从而降低并发症发生率,有效改善患儿的术后舒适度,提高术后康复效果,缩短康复时间。

Objective:To analyze the effect of meticulous nursing on postoperative complications and comfort of children with congenital heart disease.Methods:From May 2018 to January 2020,62 children with congenital heart disease underwent surgical treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing.The observation group received intensive nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative comfort and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FLACC score of postoperative special patient pain assessment scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the times of refusing food and crying in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the comfort score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing can reduce the risk of postoperative complications of children with congenital heart disease,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the postoperative comfort of children,improve the rehabilitation effect and shorten the rehabilitation time.
