信息化教学在急诊科临床护理带教中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of application effect of information teaching in clinical nursing teaching in emergency department

目的:探讨信息化教学“雨课堂”在护理临床带教中的应用及效果。方法:选取2018-2019年在急诊科实习的护理实习生100名,随机分为两组,各50名。对照组采用传统临床带教;试验组在传统临床带教基础上采用信息化教学。比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组出科考试成绩、自我学习能力及对带教教师的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化教学“雨课堂”在临床护理带教中,可以提高学生学习成绩、学习能力及对带教老师的满意度,是当前信息化教学在临床带教中应用较好的方式。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of information teaching in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:From 2018 to 2019,100 nursing interns who practiced in the emergency department were selected,and they were randomly divided into the two groups,50 interns in each group.The control group adopted traditional clinical teaching,and the experimental group adopted information teaching on the basis of traditional clinical teaching.The teaching effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The experimental group's examination results,self learning ability and satisfaction with teachers of teaching after practiced were all better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Information teaching"rain classroom"in clinical nursing teaching can improve students'academic performance,learning ability and satisfaction with teachers of teaching,which is a better way to apply information teaching in clinical nursing teaching.
