子宫背带式缝合联合宫腔内水囊填塞对产后出血患者的效果观察

Effect of uterine strap suture joint with intrauterine water sac tamponade on postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究子宫背带式缝合联合宫腔内水囊填塞对产后出血(PPH)患者的效果。方法选取2015年3月至2019年3月安徽省第二人民医院接收的42例行剖宫产手术后出现PPH的患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将患者分为研究组(n=21)和对照组(n=21)。研究组患者采用子宫背带式缝合联合宫腔内水囊填塞进行治疗,对照组患者采用宫腔内水囊填塞进行治疗。比较分析两组患者的术后出血量、手术时间、术后填塞物滞留时间、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者术后出血量、手术时间和填塞物滞留时间显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合联合宫腔内水囊填塞对PPH患者进行治疗疗效显著,能够有效减少术后出血量,缩短手术时间和填塞物滞留时间,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of uterine strap suture joint with intrauterine water sac tamponade on postpartum hemorrhage.Method 42 patients with postpartum hemorrhage symptoms after cesarean section in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomized into a control group and a study group.The control group was treated with intrauterine water sac tamponade.The study group was treated with uterine strap suture and intrauterine water sac tamponade.The postoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative tamponade retention time,clinical efficacy and incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative bleeding volume,operation time and tamponade retention time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.19%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the study group(9.52%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.10%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Uterine strap suture combined with intrauterine water sac tamponade is of remarkable effect for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,which can effectively reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding,surgery time,tamponade retention time and the incidence of complications,thusly worthy of promoting in the clinic.
